Shane and Ilya are relaxing with all the Pike children when Jackie and Hayden got back from the hospital. Jackie's ankle was thankfully only sprained and they got to enjoy a little faux wedding with the children.
"Thank you for watching them all, hopefully they weren't to much." Hayden gave Shane a quick bro hug then looked over at Ilya. "Are your nails painted?"
"Yeah the girls and I had fun painting nails..."
"And Arthur apparently." Hayden sounded exhausted.
"He asked but said boys can't so I did so he was comfortable."
"Thanks, that's actually really nice."
"It's no big deal, just nails."
Shane and Ilya left shortly after, might as well enjoy there wedding night even if it wasn't a legal wedding.

Monday came around and Jade found herself a little bored in class. The class was sharing what they did over the weekend.
Jimmy went to the park with his family. Shannon went ice skating. Issac played video games all weekend.
When it got to her turn she new what she wanted to share. "My Uncle Shane and Uncle Ilya came over and had fun with us, then they got married." She had the biggest smile on her face.
The teacher had a look of absolute shock. Sure she knew Shane Hollander was Hayden Pikes team mate and friend, but Ilya is a very unique name and she could only think of one. First she didn't even think Shane was gay, if he was probably not out. Secondly she couldn't be saying Shane Hollander married his long time rival Ilya Rozanov. Defiantly something to think about though.

Jackie came to pick up the kids at the end of the day. Mrs Davidson met her outside as she does sometimes when one of her children do something.
"Uh oh, did one of my children do something today?"
"Not exactly, Jade was just sharing in class today."
"Why does it sound ominous when you say it like that?"
Mrs Davidson winced at that. "She did say something about her Uncle Shane and Uncle Ilya getting married." Jackie's eyes went wide but she kept her mouth shut. Mrs Davidson quickly continued, "not that there is anything wrong with that, but thought you should know if that was something anyone wanted to keep hidden."
Jackie let out a long sigh. "This kinda caught me by surprise, it's the first im hearing about any of this." She paused for a moment. "But thank you for letting me know. But yeah there was no wedding this weekend, but will ask Jade about it."
"I won't say anything to anyone else but it was said i front of the whole class. I don't know if anyone else in the class would know who they are since they are all pretty young. But just in case I wouldn't want something to out someone before they are ready." She paused for a moment and looked deep in thought. "My brother was forced out and it was devastating for him."
"Thank you again, yeah I think I need to call Shane too just in case."

When Jackie got home with the kids it was time to start asking questions.
"Jade sweety can we talk a little?"
"Yes Mama, did I do something."
"Did anything happen when Shane and Ilya were here this weekend?"
Jade got super excited. "Oh yes! They got married! Arthor even played the music!"
Jackie gave a small smile that didbt quite reach her eyes. "That is super sweet. I wish me and your dad could have been there."
"We could always do it again." Jade was grinning from ear to ear.
"We will have to buy maybe something bigger."
"Yeah we can invite everyone!"
"I think they would like that." Jackie gave a little more of a genuine smile. "But could you do me one small favor?"
"Sure, what do you need?"
"Could we not share this with anyone else yet, not till they can have a bigger wedding. We don't want anyone getting jealous that they werent there."
"I guess that makes sense. I wouldn't want to make anyone sad."
"That's cause you have such a big heart sweetheart." Jackie gave her a kiss on the cheek.

Shane just finished Practice for the day when Hayden and him were heading back to locker. When they got there the first thing he did was look to see if he had a text from Ilya. There wasn't but there was a missed call from Jackie and a text.
Call me ASAP!
He looked over anlt Hayden. "Is everything ok with Jackie? Did she text you too?"
Hayden furrowed his brow then looked at his phone. "Nope, nothing. Why did she say something?"
"Just to call her asap." Then he hit the call but since it sounds important.
Jackie answed after the first ring. "OH thank god!"
Shane looked confused. "Is everything alright?'
"Hopefully but I can't guarantee that sadly."
"What are you talking about?"
"So before I tell you are you able to sit down?"
"Jackie just spit it out, your kinda freaking me out!" Shane snapped a little.
"Hey that's my wife your talking to." Hayden looked a little offended.
"OH good Hayden is there too. We'll I guess today in school Jade shared something about her Uncle's Shane and Ilya getting married." She paused and Shane felt his stomach drop. "She won't say anything but it was in a class. We don't know if the children would know so might turn into nothing but I thought you should know just in case."
Shane couldn't breathe. The whole room was spinning. Is this how everyone would learn? What will happen to Ilya? Will he be safe? What can he do to protect him from Russia? He can barely hear Hayden behind him talking on the phone now. When did he take the phone from him? Everything was still spinning but there was a hand on his back now rubbing slowly.
"Breathe Shane, just breathe." He can hear Hayden a little more clearly now. "Come on Shane breath in." Hayden also took in a breath with him. "Alright now breathe out." and they breathed out together as well. "Ok Shane you are ok. We will get though this. I got you."
He suddenly heard from the other side of the locker room, "God would the both of you stop acting like a bunch of faggots!"
And that's the point Shane finally just snapped.
