When You're With Me, No Judgement

Summary:

You absolutely adored your brother. His wit, his musical expertise, his kindness and gentleness. When he would come home, you would spend hours by his side, singing family hymns with him and his bass. The McCartney Home would settle just enough when he was home from his celebrity life. Your love of music came from your bond with Paul, so when he offered to bring you on tour with him as their social media director and photographer, how could you possibly say no?

Chapter 1: Little Talks - Prologue

Chapter Text

You absolutely adored your brother. His wit, his musical expertise, his kindness and gentleness. When he would come home, you would spend hours by his side, singing family hymns with him and his bass. The McCartney Home would settle just enough when he was home from his celebrity life. Your love of music came from your bond with Paul, so when he offered to bring you on tour with him as their social media director and photographer, how could you possibly say no?

Your phone was buzzing nonstop as you edited photos of your friends on your computer. You almost didn't notice as your brother's new album Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band filled the air of your sun-soaked bedroom. Once you felt as your work was finished, you looked to the small device. Expecting Instagram notifications, you were instead greeted by multiple frantic texts from Paul. Weird. You decided to call him.

"Y/N! Did you see my messages?"

"Yes, what's so urgent? Did John almost get cancelled again on Twitter?"

You hear a scoff and a chortle in the background, undoubtly the aforementioned John. You giggle.

"Well, not yet. Listen, I have a proposition. You're ready to leave, right? See the world?"

He knew you so well, you had been dying to leave Liverpool.

"Yes, Paul, spit it out!" Your excitement consuming you.

"How would you like to go on tour with us? As our photographer?"

Your father insists that your squeal could be heard across the world. You were about to join The Beatles on Tour.

You have no idea what was in store for you.
