It was yet another day, but another day that was a day reserved for trying on the group outfts for the next show that they were planning in the sekai, Shizuku’s birthday show.
All four MORE MORE JUMP! members stood in a room filled with hundreds of dresses and outfits, each piece having an extra 3 pairs with the unit colors of the group.
“Oh wow its been a while since we’ve been in here!” Minori exclaims, eyes darting across the room.
“Feels bigger too.” Haruka adds.
“We had to add more variety of outfits for the shows so that every performance feels fresh yknow?” A teal haired idol leaped from behind Airi.
“Ah-! Jeez Miku don’t scare us like that!” Airi shouts, jumping from Miku’s sneaky appearence.
“Whoops sorry.” She chuckled.
“You’re a bit agitated ever since we started our practice back on the rooftop Airi, did something happen?” Shizuku asks, her hand on Airi’s shoulder.
“I’m completely fine Shizuku! Thanks for asking though..” Airi snaps, shrugging off Shizuku.
Minori and Haruka exchange surprised glances at eachother, Airi was never seen so frustrated at the group, including Shizuku ever since they resolved things back before the group debut.
“Let’s just find what we’re gonna wear to the show.” Airi grunts.
The group then disperses around the room, admiring and searching through the racks of clothes for the perfect outfit for the stage. But you may ask, why was Airi so frustrated? You see, Shizuku’s birthday is right around the corner, and well, Airi doesn’t have a gift for her yet, causing her to stress with each passing day, leading up to tomorrow which was her birthday.
“Hey Shizuku! I found this really pretty set of dresses that we could wear! Wanna see them?” Minori shouts from across the room.
“Sure Minori-chan, im coming over~” Shizuku hums as she made her way over to Minori. “Wow these look so pretty~! Airi-chan! Want to try them with me?”
Airi turns around from examining clothes to Shizuku’s direction and gives a shrug. “Sure I don’t mind.”
The two girls make their way to the changing room with the outfits Minori picked.
“You can change first Shizuku-chan.” Airi offers.
“Oh okay then.” Shizuku says before disappearing behind the changing room curtains.
‘Hm what should I get for Shizuku..’ Airi thinks, ‘She did mention about a perfume she saw the other day..oh right, Haruka said that she’s getting that for her.. Maybe a pair of slippers? Will she even wear them? Ugh what do I do..?’ She buries her face in her hands.
“Airi-chan?” Miku calls out.
“Oh hey Miku.” Airi greets, raising her hands from her face.
“Is something wrong? I might be able to help.”
“Thanks Miku, well you see, I don’t have anything to give to Shizuku for her birthday, hence why I was kinda snappy earlier..”
“Oh Airi it’s okay, I can help with getting her the best gift ever!”
“And that is?” Airi questions, her eyes sparkling with the idea of the best gift for Shizuku.
“Performing the best show for her of course, there’s nothing better than that!” Miku smiles.
“Are you sure that’s gonna count as a gift?”
“Yes of course it will!”
“If you say so Miku, thanks.”
“Hehe no problem!” Miku giggles before heading off to the others.
‘Perform a good show eh? I gotta plan something for extra for tomorrow’s show if I want it to be something from me to her..’ Airi thinks again, brainstorming all the possible songs she could perform for Shizuku.
“Airi-chan~! How do I look?” Shizuku laughs as she emerges from the changing stall.
She looked gorgeous, like always, but of course in this dress she looked even better. The way it sat on her shoulders and waist was perfect, with the teal decor tieing the light blue dress together.
“Oh wow Shizuku, you look e-etheral..” Airi gasped.
“Aw, thank you Airi-chan, i’m sure you’ll look even better with your dress on.” Shizuku smiles.
“That’s probably an overstatement but thanks Shizuku.” Airi chuckles.
“It’s not an overstatment, its a fact.” Shizuku says before walking off to Miku, Minori and Haruka.
“Oh my Shizuku you look amazing!” Haruka comments, admiring the dress.
“It really does look amazing!” Minori adds to Haruka’s comment.
“Should we preform in these dresses?” Shizuku asks.
“I don’t see why not!” Miku assures before looking for the other two dresses for Minori and Haruka.
“I’ll try this on before the show starts, I gotta learn the choreography for my suprise show for Shizuku!” Airi mubles to herself before saying goodbye to the group and leaving the sekai.
