I was afraid of you. Or, what you've become, I guess. I didn't know where you were, and I was scared that something happened.
But I think I've accepted it. We've become separate, and yet I've never felt more whole. No longer an empty vessel, free to love and be loved.
More than flesh, more than metal, I will take your hand and finally move on from this abandoned world.
