“No! Don't! I need him!”
First Aid stood, frozen with shock at the scene taking place within his superior’s office. Pharma, bent over his own desk, his wings crushed against the metal surface below him and his legs spread apart, a vile squelch telling the nurse that his valve was not only exposed but occupied.
Occupied by, in First Aid's humble opinion, one of the most terrifying mechs in all of creation. Slowly, and without lowering the blaster pointed directly at First Aid's frantically beating spark, Tarn withdrew from the shaking flight frame’s port. Right as he was about to fully pull out, the enormous Decepticon snapped his hips forward, slamming his spike home and forcing a static-laced cry halfway between pain and pleasure from the CMO. First Aid watched, optics wide and visor bright as Tarn began a brutal, punishing pace thrusting into Pharma's abused valve, drawing gasps and horrified moans from his current prey and never breaking eye contact with his next.
“Need him, hm?” Tarn’s nearly hypnotic voice rumbled, the hand not currently aiming a gun at First Aid trailing up Pharma's cockpit glass before smoothly cupping his chin. “And why should that matter to me? Why let him live?” Tarn's gentle, almost loving hold on the jet’s chin ended, discarded in favor of wrapping clawed digits around vulnerable throat cabling; First Aid’s medic instincts flared as he saw a talon barely nick one of the major lines, a single large bead of glowing energon dripping onto the desk below. “I do so hate witnesses, Pharma…”
“F-First Aid, you're a- ahh~” Pharma hissed at a particularly punishing thrust, his optics flickering as the war frame ground their arrays together, “-a reasonable mech, you… you'd understand doing whatever is n-necessary to keep this hospital safe, wouldn't you?”
Slowly, the minibot nodded, his visor flashing with distress. Tarn hummed, the sound making both Autobots gasp and clutch at their chests as their sparks rattled in response.
“Yes, I imagine keeping the hospital and its patients safe from unspeakable harm would be quite high on a medic’s priorities.” Tarn chuckled, amused, then turned his attention fully on the smaller bot, an impressive feat considering he was still mercilessly fragging Pharma into the desk. “First Aid, was it?” At the minibot’s nod, he tilted his helm toward the sturdy doors of Pharma’s office. “Lock the doors, then come here.” First Aid rushed to obey, barely catching the pair of stasis cuffs tossed to him by the Decepticon when he was close. “Bind your servos behind your back.” He ordered, his optics gleaming as the cuffs audibly clicked shut and activated. “That's a good little Autobot. I'm sure I don't need to enlighten you as to the consequences of any… heroics you might be considering. No? Good. Now. You're going to make sure there are no further interruptions to our little arrangement, is that clear?”
It was quite clear, but what wasn't clear was what was going to happen after Tarn was finished entertaining himself with Pharma. Considering First Aid wouldn't have bet a single Shanix that he’d survive even this long into an encounter with Tarn, his processor was drawing a complete blank on what could await him. All he could do right now was make sure Ambulon didn't get involved, too. Putting aside that the ex-Con would most certainly not survive, he was currently the only qualified medical professional still able to tend to patients. He could only pray that nothing else was going on in the hospital this evening, and was incredibly grateful that their current patient load was very low. Blessings of being an isolated clinic, he supposed; everything was either quiet or in chaos.
He wondered what this counted as.
