Chapter Text

Francesca twirls her hair as the alphas discuss marriage. Swinging her feet beside her father’s throne as they discuss the ramifications of the union’s destruction. A union destroyed by her horny brother and the bitch in heat now carrying his pups.

He was supposed to be the heir to marry as the oldest, but that ship had sailed, and it’s up to Francesca to save the family name.

“She’s a fine woman, but you promised me a leader, a commander, someone to lead a pack by my daughter’s side. I have no sons to barter; the union is impossible.”

Francesca had no qualms about marrying one of the alpha’s daughters, but she knew not to speak in the middle of deliberations. She looked behind the opposing alpha instead. Three daughters, so similar in beauty, so different in presence.

From left to right, his first daughter slouches in her chair, arms crossed with her chin in the air and eyes closed Fran wonders if she can even hear the conversation.

His second daughter clutches her chair like she may be ripped from it at any moment. She surveys the room like a trained assassin, her head tilting towards the lone open door every few minutes.

When Fran turns to this third daughter, she meets her eyes head on and is taken aback by the woman’s brass. When she leans forward to meet her stare head on the woman looks away.

A simple shift of the eyes to the right and a smirk on her lips de-escalates what could have been a dangerous situation. The truce is far too fragile for a fight for dominance right now.

Despite her best instincts Francesca looks back towards the third daughter. When she’s not met with the stare, she expected Fran pouts until she notices the smile she saw blooming when she turned is in full effect now.

Fran looks away from the temptation. In a room full of wolves, it would be anything but smart to think too hard about how plump the third sister’s lips were and how luscious they looked. Her eyes dropping doesn’t help as she takes in her round bust and curvy hips. A chuckle slips free when she notices her legs are also swinging despite how low her chair is compared to the thrones in front of her.

“I’m glad your daughter can find humor in such misfortune.” The alpha sneers at Fran’s father and she clicks her jaw and leans back in her chair.

Her father doesn’t turn but she feels his anger. Still, she looks to the third daughter, her lids low as she tries to be discreet.

“Your son has ruined Elizabeth’s name with these rumors.” The alpha roars gesturing towards his first daughter. “Their intended marriage was known across the kingdoms and now whispers of adultery spread throughout the packs. Now your daughter laughs in my presence.” The alpha shouts slamming his hands against the table between him and Fran’s father.

“Children behaving as children during adult negotiations, it is unfortunate that the children at fault belong to me, but I believe we can savage this.” Fran’s father replies calmly. “Perhaps we should continue this conversation without the audience of our children.” He continues finally turning back to look at Fran.

She nods before rising from her chair, gives one more look towards the third daughter as she passes, and silently walks out the door without another word.

“Hey your brother’s a dick.” Fran hears in the wind behind her as she walks away from the prime cabin.

“I know.” Fran agrees without turning around, walking deeper into the woods. “If you are going to follow me, make sure you step where I step.” She warns.

No one answers but Fran still hears the following footsteps. There’s a silence fueled by anticipation and Fran knows exactly which daughter is behind her. Still, she leads her to the open field she calls home.

“This place is kind of special to me.” She hesitates at the opening of trees and turns, “I think I should at least know your na—“

Her words are cut off as the other wolf crashes into her. They fall to the ground with the other wolf landing atop Fran.

They both chuckle as the other wolf tries to lift herself. The smiles disappear and the chuckles are replaced with silence as Fran grabs the other wolf’s wrist preventing her from fully rising.

Their eyes are locked and Fran must fight her urge to exert her dominance with another wolf above her. A small growl slips free despite her best intentions, and she bites her lips to cut it short.

“You have to tell me your name now.” Fran demands and the other wolf shivers atop her, still refusing to look away. “I mean we are a little pass introduction now but I still would like a proper one.” Fran smirks as she tries to take the bite out of her words.

“Michaela,” the other wolf smiles, and her fangs peek free. “My name is Michaela.” She rasps through sharp teeth as she gently tugs at her wrist.

Fran lets her go easily, but Michaela doesn’t go far. Her fingers walk through the grass at Fran’s back on either side before climbing to rest on Fran’s stomach as she sits forward.

Eyes still connected to the wolf between her legs Fran can almost ignore her sister’s call. She leans forward waiting for the alpha to stop her and when she doesn’t move, she lets her lips fall against the other wolf’s. Soft, supple and sweet, just as Michaela expected. Her squeal is hidden against Fran’s lips as the alpha finally loses control and puts a hand to Michaela’s head, holding her in place as she thrusts her tongue forward.

“Chaela?!” Someone shouts and Michaela tries to pull away but Fran growls flipping them over so she’s on top. Her eyes glow as she lifts her head and her fangs gleam in daylight.

“It’s just my sister.” Michaela comforts in a soft voice. Caressing Fran’s hand to calm her and hopefully force her to retract her claws before Maddie gets closer. “She’s probably just letting me know it’s time to leave.”

“Daddy is looking for you, so you better hurry back, ohh shit.” She exclaims after shoulder checking the tree.

“Why are you covering your eyes?” Fran chuckles, her claws gone like they were never there.

“Please, I could smell the pheromones as soon as I stepped through the trees, I do not need to see the cause.” Maddie scuffs.

“We are decent, you may save yourself further injury.” Fran laughs, as she slowly rises off Michaela, her eyes tracking the other wolf’s every move as she rises after her.

Maddie moves her hand from her vision and walks to Michaela’s side, careful not to look Fran in the eyes.

“Daddy looked angry, so I came to find you before he did.” A look passes between the sisters and Michaela nods.

“Thank you.” She whispers before facing Fran. “It is really good thing one of my sister’s found us instead of my father.” Michaela admits.

Fran’s eyes flash with an ethereal glow. “Would he hurt you?” She growls.

Another shared look is passed. “I don’t know, but I’ve never been brave enough to find out.”

Fran’s nostrils flare at the admission. A wave of anger rushed through her at the thought of someone hurting Michaela and she shakes the thoughts from her mind. She shouldn’t be feeling this way over someone she just met.

“I see you found her.” Elizabeth’s voice makes her sisters jump as they turn in her direction. Fran is slower to turn her way; a blink erases her glow of anger before she focuses on Michaela again.

“When we I see you again?” She asks.

“I don’t know.” Michaela admits, and smirks when Fran growls. Her reaction is nothing like her sisters as Elizabeth steps towards them and Maddie steps back both preparing for the danger Michaela finds humorous.

“We have to go,” Elizabeth warns taking another step towards Fran and her sisters, still careful not to look Fran in her eyes. A howl illustrates her point, and all three sisters turn as one.

“Go,” Fran nods to the trees behind them, “answer your fathers call, I will find you again.” The growl should make Michaela nervous, but she licks her lips instead.

Her sisters step towards the trees while she stands rooted, frozen by the alpha’s stare. “Come on.” Maddie begs dragging her away and trying to turn her to the trees.

Another howl shakes the trees, and she finally snaps from her trance, fear of her father’s wrath bringing her back to reality. She turns to the trees and runs to catch up with her oldest sister.

Her head turns desperate for one last look as she runs ahead, her body tingles and she has to catch herself before she trips at the sight of the alpha’s focus. Trees shroud her from the from seeing the Alpha’s eyes but somehow she knows the alpha can still see her, just like she knows she will find her again and the thought of their next meeting makes her smile before she turns to finally follow her sisters, ignoring the hairs on the back of her neck as she continues to feel the alpha’s stare.

“She’s scary.” Maddie warns linking her arm with Michaela’s.

“She’s mine.” Michaela declares somehow knowing the words are true as the walk farther away and something inside her screams in rage. She was definitely going to see Fran again.
