Izuku midoriya was excitedly sitting in the doctor's office, with him were his sister nana and brother izuru, all three were triplets and currently four years old, waiting for the doctors to tell them their Quirk's, after awhile they get called into a room where an old bald doctor waits.
Dr garaki: hello midoriya's please take a seat.
Inko nodded taking a seat with her kid's taking the other, three seats once seated the doctor pulled out three charts.
Dr garaki: well I have good news and bad news, which would you like first Mrs midoriya.
Inko looked surprised she truthfully didn't expect, there to be any bad news she was now worried, looking at her children before answering.
Inko: good news first please.
Dr garaki: of course well the good news is nana here, has an incredibly powerful Telekinesis quirk, currently it's weaker than yours but has the potential with proper training to far exceed yours Mrs midoriya.
Inko smiled hearing that as nana cheered while, her two brothers congratulated her on her quirk.
Izuku: wow that's an amazing quirk sis.
Izuru: yeah you'll be an amazing hero with a quirk like mom's.
Inko smiled hearing her children celebrate nana's, quirk it made her smile seeing how supportive they all are of eachother.
Dr garaki: next is young izuru he has a fire quirk, from what I was able to check he can ignite his entire body on fire, while also being able to shoot fire from his hands or other parts of his body, this quirk appears to be a mutated version of your husband's fire quirk very impressive.
Izuku: wow bro that's amazing.
Nana: yeah I wonder what else your quirk can do.
Inko again was smiling seeing the supportive nature, her children had for eachother it made her happy until, she remembered there was also bad news.
Inko: doctor what is the bad news.
Dr garaki: your son izuku I'm sorry to say he's quirkless.
Everyone's eyes widened hearing that as both nana, and izuru stared at their brother who had a look of shock on his face.
Inko: I...see thank you for your time doctor.
Inko stood up picking a stunned izuku up while, taking izuru's hand, as he held his sister's hand the four midoriya's soon left, getting into their mother's car before driving home, the entire time izuku was silent and nobody said anything, after ten Minutes they arrived at the midoriya home,
Where inko saw her other children izuki and izuma both were older than her triplets, being nine years old both were very protective of their younger siblings.
Izuki: mom!.
Izuki yelled as he and izuma ran forward excited, wanting to know what their siblings Quirk's were, she also saw her husband hisashi walking over smiling.
Hisashi: so how was the doctor's.
Inko: it was.... good.
Izuma: what are your guy's Quirk's.
Izuma asked them izuru and nana both smiled, as they both Bragged about their awesome quirk.
Izuru: I have a fire quirk that lets me cover my entire body in fire.
Nana: I have a powerful telekinesis quirk.
Hisashi: wow that's amazing!.
Izuki: what about izuku What's your quirk.
Izuki asked looking up at izuku who immediately buried his, face in his mom's chest clearly really upset.
Inko: izuku....izuku doesn't have a quirk.
Inko said as she saw her older children and husbands, shocked faces but hisashi quickly lost, the shocked look as he turned to nana and izuru.
Hisashi: I'm so proud of you two you'll be amazing, hero's with those quirks.
Hisashi smiled making nana and izuru happy as, izuma and izuki both started complimenting their younger siblings, inko however just walked past everyone and went, upstairs getting into the bathroom since it was bath time, she got undressed and took izuku's clothes off, before filling the bath with water she also made sure to scrub herself and izuku clean, before they got into the bath together, despite being four her sweet izuku was always a Mama's boy, while izuru and nana asked for baths where inko only cleaned them, instead of getting in with them izuku didn't ask for that he was always happy sharing a bath with inko, it always made her happy like they had a closer connection then the others, it was probably why she was more protective of him than of his siblings.
Inko: sweetheart I know you must be upset but, I promise you things will get better I promise.
Izuku: no they won't mom dad and the others, didn't even say anything when you said I was quirkless, do they hate me for not having any powers.
Inko: no sweetheart they don't hate you they love you, it's just they are in shock and right now are just focusing, on the fact that nana and izuru got quirks, but I promise they still love you and that'll never change.
Izuku smiled a little believing his mom was right, sadly both of them she was very very wrong.

[Izuku's POV:]
Running away that's what I was currently doing, ever since my diagnosis at four my life hasn't been as I imagined, my father basically ignores me twenty four seven, and all my siblings plus former friends have bullied me relentlessly, just because I dream of being a hero even now at fifteen, things haven't changed I'll get bullied by my ex friends and family, and ignored by my so called father the only person who has continued to care for me has been my mother inko, who was regrettably wrong as ever since my diagnosis everything in my life has changed.
Katsuki: JUST GIVE UP AND ACCEPT YOUR PUNISHMENT DEKU.
Izuku: AS SOON AS I'M DONE FUCKING YOUR MOTHER.
My personality has also changed I've been training, with aunty shoma aizawa aka Eraserhead, and she's shown me how to be more confident so insulting my bullies has become a regular thing.
Tanya: YOU WILL REGRET SAYING THAT DEKU.
Tenya: YES YOU WILL BE PUNISHED SEVERELY.
Izuku: AT LEAST DON'T WHIP ME LIKE I DID AUNT SUKI LAST NIGHT HAHAHA.
as I continue running I duck into an alleyway, but stop when I see a huge brick wall in my way, turning around i also see my bullies blocking my only exit.
Izuku: wow your persistent.
Shoto: your gonna regret saying those things, and running from us deku.
Shoka: yes now lay still and accept your beating.
Izuku: c'mon I started fighting back when I was ten, do you actually think I won't fight back now.
Katsuki: you always lose what could you do huh.
Izuku grinned then took a deep breath in and, yelled loudly making sure it was impossible for anyone to ignore him.
Izuku: AHHHH HELP ME PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME.
tenya: w-what are you doing!?.
Izuku: easy yelling for help someone's bound to show, and when they see you lot ganging up on me well bye bye place at UA now where was I.
He again took a deep breath in and continued yelling, this time sounding like a girl.
Izuku: HELP ME PLEASE.
Katsuki: HEY SHUT UP NOW!.
izuku: OH NO DON'T TOUCH ME PLEASE HERO'S SAVE ME.
Izuru: we can't be seen here it could ruin all our, reputations quickly we should go now.
[No one's pov:]
The group left while izuku started laughing surprised, that actually worked as he quickly left the alleyway, meanwhile somewhere else inko midoriya otherwise known as, psychic queen was chasing a villain that's been wanted for awhile though as she ran her coms beeped, a call came through it was her husband hisashi.
Psychic queen: hi honey I don't really have much time, I'm busy chasing a villain.
Hisashi: really want any help I was calling to, ask what time you'd be home but I could swing over and help out.
Psychic queen: that's sweet of you but no thank you it's a low level, Villain you know the one who's quirk can forcefully activate dormant quirks, and change them to their opposites.
Hisashi: right the guy who's drawback causes, whoever he uses his quirk on to be in excruciating pain, and in some cases people have actually died.
Psychic queen: that's the one now I really gotta go be home soon.
Inko then continued running after the villain, who was looking around frantically trying to find anything to distract the hero, then he noticed someone a boy with green hair and eyes, he had a dormant quirk grinning the villain, fired a pink beam out at the boy inko saw the villain use his quirk and saw who it was about to hit.
Psychic queen: IZUKU LOOK OUT.
izuku looked towards the person who yelled his name, before seeing the beam he didn't have time to run, as it hit him and immediately excruciating pain filled his body.
Izuku: AAAAAHHHHHHHH.
inko's eyes widened she saw the villain getting away, but couldn't abandon her son running over, she held a screaming izuku as she called for an ambulance.
Psychic queen: why is he screaming the villain's quirk only, works on.... dormant quirk users....izuku has a quirk.... god please don't take him.
*Time skip*
Inko sat in the hospital room her eyes were red and puffy, and she was in regular clothes instead of her hero outfit, her sweet son izuku was in a huge bed his body changing and he now looked like a completely different person, inko could also clearly see her sweet boy was no longer male.
Inko: please be okay baby.
Inko said to the unconscious izuku just then however, the door opened and in walked nezu recovery girl and aizawa.
Shoma: inko we came as soon as we hea-.
Shoma stopped when she saw the unconscious izuku, her mouth falling open however recovery girl looked normal.
Recovery girl: so it is true I read the chart but seeing, it is completely different.
Shoma: what....what happened.
Inko: izuku's gender changed a villain who's quirk allows, him to forcefully activate dormant quirks in others, and turn them into their opposites used his quirk on izuku, activating a dormant quirk nobody knew about turning him into a girl, the doctors said it was a miracle he survived.
Nezu: inko know that I am having every hero, possible hunting down this villain he will be caught.
Inko: thank you nezu.
Just then the conversation's stopped as izuku began, waking up opening his or rather her eyes, the young girl looked around confused.
Inko: IZUKU YOUR AWAKE.
inko cried as she hugged izuku who stared at her mom, clearly confused by Everything and wanting answers.
Izuku: mom what h-.... what's wrong with my voice.
Inko: izuku sweetie you were attacked by a villain, he....his quirk let him forcefully activate dormant quirks and you... had a dormant quirk, but he activated it and nearly killed you but it changed as he can change a dormant quirk to it's opposite.
Izuku: I....have a quirk?.
Recovery girl: yes honey from what we were able, to gather your original quirk was bull it would give you the strength and speed of, well a bull however when that villain changed it your quirk became cow the opposite of bulls.
Izuku nodded listening to everything she didn't seem, sad if anything she was happy knowing she had a quirk.
Izuku: w-well cows are really durable and powerful, so I still got a cool quirk.
She said tears already streaming down her face, about the fact that finally the world gave her a quirk.
Inko: sweetheart the drawback of the quirk being changed, it's um... you aren't a boy anymore your a girl.
Izuku's eyes widened as she let those words sink in, looking down she could see her huge breasts and, Shoma grabbed a mirror moving it to the bottom of izuku's bed, showing her what she looked like.
