I don't know what to call this because I made it at 4 am in the morning after watching Part 2

Summary:

With a weirdly desperate tone, Kakyoin asked, “Why would you risk your life to save me?”

With a half hearted shrug, Jotaro answered, “Dunno, can’t really answer that…” His tone was as vague as his expression, leaving Kakyoin pondering what he meant. Nevertheless, he was grateful. He barely even remembered what happened, or who Jotaro even was.

This moment would spark a bizarre adventure not only to save Jotaro’s mother, but also with the relationship between Kakyoin and Jotaro.

...
This is my first jojo fic! It is also SLIGHTLY isnpired by another fic that I read...and yes this is my first time actually trying to write smut. Please forgive me if I make any mistakes or have strange writing. Yes, I speak english. No, I don't have a second language. And also, yes I am too lazy to reread what I write. Please enjoy! I will try my best to update this regularly if it gains traction.

Chapter Text

“Don’t move.” Jotaro’s harsh voice was right in front of Kakyoin’s face, his brow slightly furrowed in concentration even as the strange flesh bud moved up his hand and closer and closer to his face. He moved his gaze from Kakyoin’s eyes to his forehead.  Jotaro’s stand, Star Platinum, or so Kakyoin remembered from his fuzzy memories, was kneeling right next to Jotaro, reaching at Kakyoin’s forehead with its thumb and index finger. Contrary to Jotaro’s expression, Star Platinum’s face was unwavering as it reached. Kakyoin suddenly felt a jolt of pain burst from his forehead. He clenched his fists and bit his lip, trying to make this as easy for Jotaro as possible.

With a swift move, Star Platinum ripped the unknown flesh bud out of Kakyoin. An old man in the corner of the room, which Kakyoin had failed to notice as he was busy staring into Jotaro’s face, somehow zapped the flesh bud with a small flash of light. It almost seemed as if lighting had struck it.

As Jotaro grumbled and stood up, pulling his hat further down his face, Kakyoin stared at him.

A blond woman entered the room in a hurry with a small medkit in her hand, her expression a look of worry, she looked at both him and Jotaro with the same face.

“Let me help wrap up your head,” She kneeled down next to where Kakyoin was and began taking out various bandages. Kakyoin soon found out later that this lovely woman was Jotaro’s mother.

This moment would spark a bizarre adventure not only to save Jotaro’s mother, but also with the relationship between Kakyoin and Jotaro.

Only a week had passed on their journey and they had fought five stand users. Now was probably the only time the group would have to rest. At least from fighting that is. Getting to Egypt was a whole lot harder than any of them could have imagined. Ever since their first enemy stand, Tower of Grey on the plane, Joseph told the group they would be unable to travel on public transportation. After seven painstaking days, the group arrived in Singapore. Although they were barely closer to their goal of Egypt, this was their first stop to take a break and stay at a hotel.

As they continued driving down roads that stretched what seemed like miles in a rental car, Jotaro slowly opened his eyes. He felt strangely warm, it felt like he was laying his head in someone's lap? Surely he was just in a strange dream. His eyes widened as he realized a hand was also resting on his head, gently stroking his hair. He was about to get up, but his eyelids felt heavy once again. He didn’t understand why, but this was the best he had felt in a long time. He had no idea who’s lap he was laying on, but that didn’t matter to him right now. Pushing past that sleepy feeling, he sat up and looked to see who it was. Although he didn’t make a face, his heart dropped as he realized he was looking at Kakyoin.

“Sorry,” that was all he could muster. The familiar feeling of embarrassment crept up his spine. He shoved his hat down to cover the faint blush now settling on his face.

He paused, collecting himself. “How did that…happen?” He turned to Kakyoin.

“It’s okay, you kinda just started falling asleep on me,” Kakyoin smiled as he told Jotaro who felt more and more embarrassed each second that passed. “Then my arm started getting sore, so I moved your head onto my lap.” Kakyoin was now unknowingly sharing the embarrassment with Jotaro.

Kakyoin turned quickly as he heard quiet laughter from practically the whole car, everyone trying their hardest not to stare at the two. One look at Jotaro’s face told Kakyoin that he had humiliated him.

“I’m really sorry! I didn’t mean to, it just kinda… happened?” Kakyoin sighed heavily as he glanced at Jotaro who had turned away.

Kakyoin began to panic. He didn’t realize he had crossed a line. With him and Jotaro being the same age, he thought that maybe they would become friends. Kakyoin was wrong. He was always wrong. He tried to stop himself from thinking about it anymore, but deep down he knew that he wouldn’t ever have friends. Kakyoin shook his head, attempting to clear it. Sneaking a glance at Jotaro once more, Kakyoin sighed and turned his head to look out the window.

“There is no way I’m sharing a room with him!” Ann yelled as her face contoured into disgust as she looked at Polnareff. He shot her the same look back, rolling his eyes as he did so.

“Then you can have your own room. Both of you.” Joseph stood there with his arms crossed, holding multiple room keys as he prepared to pass them out. Finally, Ann and Polnareff were satisfied as they snatched their keys and headed their separate ways.

“Jotaro and I will share a room, we are both students after all.” Kakyoin eyed Jotaro as he smiled at Joseph.

“Alright sure, I’ll room with Avdol.” Joseph handed his grandson and Kakyoin their keys as glanced at Avdol, who simply nodded in acknowledgement.

Ever since meeting, Kakyoin had become so fascinated with Jotaro. He couldn’t pin down the reason why. It was just something about his stoic demeanor, the way he folded his arms across his chest, or the way he always pulled his hat down and said “good grief.” It all intrigued Kakyoin in the strangest way. Even though Kakyoin had embarrassed Jotaro earlier, hopefully he would understand what had gone through Kakyoin’s head. Although he wouldn’t admit it to anyone, one glance at Jotaro sent him into a frenzy. The first look he had of Jotaro was so startling that he just couldn’t resist looking into his bright eyes again whenever he could. Even with his eyes closed, Jotaro was perfect. In this moment of vulnerability, Kakyoin took his chance to get a good look at him. With his hat off, Jotaro’s dark slightly curly hair fell perfectly on his face, a face so peaceful that it made Kakyoin feel at ease. His skin was flawless, and his lips. Oh his lips. Kakyoin didn’t know why he would think of his lips in such a way. He had never had thoughts about anybody like this, let alone men. He knew this was wrong.

Although Jotaro didn’t say much or even think about his feelings, he also couldn’t deny his curiosity in Kakyoin. Especially after what had happened in the car earlier. They had met in such a strange way that it just stuck. Jotaro would often replay that moment in his head as he fell asleep or was day dreaming waiting for the minutes to pass. He would continue to stare into Kakyoin’s violet eyes that felt strangely captivating. Why did he risk his life? He was telling the truth when he said he couldn’t answer that. It was a mystery to him that he had a nagging itch to solve. The moment Kakyoin offered to share a room with him, a bizarre feeling rose inside him. It felt like he was in elementary school again staring at a girl from across the room who he had a crush on. It felt exactly like a childhood crush. Jotaro pretended  that his heart didn’t skip a beat when Kakyoin spoke.

As they both entered the room, Jotaro threw his bag on the bed next to the window. Glancing at Kakyoin, he realized his bag was on the same bed.

“Oh, did you want to take the bed near the window?” Kakyoin quickly went to pick up his bag, tossing it on the other bed. He moved so swiftly that Jotaro barely even had time to answer.

“Uhm, okay.” Jotaro mumbled, trying to sound grateful.

Once entering high school, everything changed for Jotaro. He felt much more secluded, more alone, and a lot more awkward. It’s not like he didn’t have friends, but he never had a best friend, a girlfriend, or even one person that wasn’t his mother that he could confide in. Sometimes he didn’t care being stoic all the time, it felt good to not care. But other times, he would feel trapped in his own body. He needed to share all of the bottled up emotions with someone. But he didn’t have anybody. As he began to think more and more about Kakyoin, he wished that maybe Kakyoin could be that someone.  Jotaro had even ruined the chance of that in the car when he acted so cold. It was a feverish dream, especially for someone like Jotaro who was always told he was so strong and independent. But just maybe. Maybe he would get lucky. He was quickly brought out of his head as Kakyoin called his name.

“Jotaro, you alright?” Kakyoin stepped closer to him, setting a gentle hand on his shoulder.

“Yeah,” Jotaro quickly shot back. “Just a little tired.”

Kakyoin shrugged and sat down on his bed, taking out a couple things from his bag and mindlessly sorting them.

Later that night after showering and getting ready to sleep, Kakyoin had this nagging feeling. He had to talk to Jotaro. He had to figure him out.

Kakyoin returned to the room after a quick stroll around the hotel, glancing around the tiny room as he looked for Jotaro. He headed to the bathroom, expecting to see it empty, but found something much better. Or worse, Kakyoin couldn’t decide yet. Jotaro was standing there, his whole body naked and wet, the air was warm and humid and the mirror was all fogged up. Water was still dripping from the shower head.

Jotaro quickly grabbed a towel to cover himself and Kakyoin slammed the door.

“Oh my god!” Kakyoin exclaimed as he quickly turned around and tried to calm himself. “I am so sorry…” He muttered, hoping Jotaro could hear him. Despite trying to rationalize his thoughts, Kakyoin couldn’t hide the fact that he liked what he saw. Jotaro’s tanned body was even more amazing than he thought. Not like he had imagined it or anything. Kakyoin couldn’t help but blush as he savored the image in his head. One thing had stuck out to him though. All over Jotaro’s body, there were bruises, as well as a large gash on his back. The injuries were obviously from the fights of the past couple days, but the sheer amount concerned Kakyoin. Even he didn’t have that many. Just as Kakyoin was about to leave the room, the bathroom door burst open.

Before Kakyoin could even say anything Jotaro blurted out, “I need your help.”

Kakyoin just stared at him with a blank expression.

“I have this cut that I need help with.” Jotaro tried to stay confident as he kept talking, but considering what had just conspired, it proved more challenging than he had thought. Despite being now fully clothed, Jotaro tried to pretend that he had also been clothed a minute ago. Kakyoin finally spoke.

“Are you sure?” He sounded uneasy and nervous.

Jotaro sighed. “Listen Kakyoin, I don’t really care what happened. It’s okay. I just really need help patching up this cut.” Jotaro couldn’t help but look at Kakyoin with a face of desperation. It was embarrassing to ask, but he needed help and Kakyoin was somehow the only person he trusted right now. Kakyoin simply just nodded. Jotaro breathed a sigh of relief.

“Alright then, take your shirt off.” Kakyoin said with a straight face as he sat on his bed and crossed his arms, waiting. Jotaro just stared at him for a second, speechless. He shrugged internally to himself and removed his shirt. Kakyoin did his best not to gawk at Jotaro’s impressive muscles. Kakyoin motioned for Jotaro to come over, hiding his smirk as he did so.

“Lay down on your stomach, I’ll grab some bandages.” Kakyoin commanded, and weirdly enough Jotaro did so in an instant which surprised the both of them. Kakyoin rummaged around his bag for a moment before taking out some miscellaneous medical items.

“I’m going to use some alcohol, so this is going to sting.” Kakyoin warned as he measured the size the bandage needed to be. “By the way, since it doesn’t look infected, how did you patch it up before? It’s definitely new but not fresh.”

“Just put it on randomly.” Jotaro lied. He could have easily done this himself like he did before. He actually had stood in front of a mirror looking at his back and had Star Platinum put in on for him. He obviously wasn’t going to admit this, but he secretly wanted Kakyoin to do it.

“Alright, I guess…” Kakyoin sighed as he dabbed some alcohol on a cotton ball. He pressed down gently and Jotaro let out a quiet grunt.

“Ow, that does hurt.” He furrowed his brow and tapped his finger on the bed sheet. Kakyoin repressed a giggle as he continued. The harder he pressed down on the cut, the more sounds came out of Jotaro. Jotaro tried his best to be quiet, but this strange feeling was coming over him. It felt like he was getting weirdly… turned on? Jotaro shook his head and groaned. There was no way he could be feeling pleasure out of this.

Kakyoin quickly finished up and placed the bandage on the cut. Although he was absolutely dedicated to helping Jotaro with just this cut, he couldn’t help but sneak glances at his ass. It felt like such a pervy thing to do, but he couldn’t help himself! With the noises that Jotaro was making, it was just too good to be true.

“All done.” He sighed and leaned back, taking note of the bruises on Jotaro’s back he had seen previously. They somehow looked worse from close up. “Jotaro… these bruises look crazy.”

“Really? I never got a good look at them.” Jotaro pondered as he turned to face Kakyoin, flinching as his back suddenly became very sore. Jotaro laid back down as he suddenly began panting, his back hurt terribly bad for some reason.

“You okay?” Kakyoin glanced at Jotaro with a look of concern, before returning his eyes to Jotaro’s back.

“It really hurts… I don’t know why.” Jotaro grunted once more as he tried to rub his back with his hand. This proved futile.

“Do you… want me to help?” Kakyoin said in a tone that made it seem like he was either concerned or holding back a laugh. Jotaro nodded quickly, unable to think of a snide remark. Kakyoin positioned his hand to where Jotaro’s hand was just moments before.

“Your lower back?” Kakyoin asked, Jotaro nodded again. Kakyoin's hand gently went down onto Jotaro's back, gingerly rubbing a small spot on his back, hoping to alleviate the pain. Jotaro couldn’t help but let a moan escape from his mouth, he quickly covered it and tensed up. Kakyoin noticed, swallowing hard as his face got red. Nevertheless, Kakyoin continued.
