Izuku wasn’t always like this. When he was a kid he was happy, free. Until he got his quirk. He could heal others, and their mental health but it affected him. He took there pain and put it on himself. He could also read minds with it too. But, when he was 5 and it first activated he drove his father insane. He thought Izuku was worthless. He eventually signed him up for adoption and couldnt live with an “ugly” kid like him.
When Izuku was 4, he me Bakugou. His best friend. It was like nothing made sense before but Bakugou was always there for him, even if he wasn’t the nicest. But when Izukus quirk manifested and word spread that his dad left him because he was a mistake, Bakugou couldn’t help but see him as a burden. That what Izuku assumed he started to bully him for anyway.
When Izuku was in middle school the bullying got worse. Everyone hated him. He started to tell people he was quirkless just so they wouldn’t ask and eventually Bakugou forgot he had a quirk. Izuku applied for UA’s support course and got in. He was creative and really observant. Sure it wasn’t as good as the hero course but he could take whatever he could get.
