Chapter Text
Mole was late. He ran through the streets, dodging pedestrians and bikes. Today was his first day of work and he did not want to get in trouble.
Unfortunately he was about to get hit by a bike.
“Holy shit!!!” Yelled the man on the bike. “Im so sorry! Are you ok?!” Mole wasn't hurt so he nodded. “Yeah I'm fin-” his breath caught in his throat.
Above him stood the most gorgeous man he had ever seen. His skin was pale and lightly freckled, and he had a thick Scottish accent.
“Uh, yeah I'm fine sorry.” The man looked at him weirdly. “Don't apologise, I'm the one who hit you, here, let me help you up.”
He grabbed Mole by the hand and pulled him up. “Are you sure you're not injured?” Mole nodded again and the man let him go.
They both stared at each other for a second before Mole realised what he was doing. “Uhm, I've got to go, I'm late for work… bye ”
He promptly walked off, feeling embarrassed at the whole situation.

Blu pedaled down the street. It was only eight o clock but the day was already going terribly.
First, he missed his bus. Then, he hit the cutest guy he had ever seen with a bike!
He arrived at work and clocked into his shift. But the man from earlier still on his mind.
Well, he would have to find a way to get him out of his mind and get work into his mind. He did NOT want to lose this job.

After a tiring day at the station (that went shocking well!) Mole was finally hopping on the subway home.
As he stood in the crowded train, he found his mind wandering back to the man from earlier.
He had seen handsome men before, why was this one any different? Mole probably wouldn't see him again anyway.
Just as he thought that, the train suddenly skidded to a halt, making him stumble forwards. He crashed into the person in front of him and they both went hurtling to the floor.
“Augh I'm so sor-” Mole looked down and saw that it was the guy from earlier pinned under him.
The man's face was bright red as Mole rolled off him. “Oh my god I'm so sorry!” Said Mole again, brushing himself off.
The man seemed to still be lost for words as he stared blankly ahead until he snapped out of it. “No no, it's fine!” He said, reaching out a hand.
“I'm Blu by the way!” Mole took his hand and shook it. “I'm Mole.”
Blu laughed “Mole! I've never heard that one before!” Mole grinned. “Well I've never met someone called Blu either!”
“Next stop, Evergreen Hills.” Came the automated voice from the train.
“Shit that's my stop” said Blu “See you around Mole! Sorry for hitting you with my bike earlier!’
Mole smiled as the other man left the train. He was still extremely embarrassed about falling on top of him, but maybe he had just made a new friend!
