“Are you going to arrest me, sir?”
She yanked him in by his collar, her voice, lilting as an angel's and as innocent as Lucifer's, whispered against his cheek,
“Or are you going to kill me.”

Levi has someone he wants to catch. Specifically, a mercenary that has wounded his ego one too many times. But Astra has always been very good at not getting caught, until one day, as with all great figures in history, her hubris brings about her downfall and she lands in a trap set by the scouts.
Erwin wants her strength. Levi wants her in jail (or dead, either way goes). Astra just wants to go home where she can continue breaking the law in peace, is that really too much to ask?

Levi Ackerman is tired after overthrowing the government. He would love to not get involved with another life-threatening mission and just enjoy a few days off.
Queen Historia Reiss has a lot of big dreams for her new kingdom, rescuing all the orphaned children being at top of her list.
When Levi is pressured to return to the Underground under her orders, he remembers why he hasn’t set foot in the city of hell since he left, and now that the Queen is down there too he has to do everything in his power to protect her.
The only problem..? His past starts to catch up with him in the worst ways possible, endangering him and the new Queen.
