Summary
Pearl’s plan is simple. Chase Scott, fight him one on one, kill him, get Scar to kill her for the extra ten hearts, pray Scar kills Gem and wins.
At the last moment, however, just before her arrow hit her target, Gem raised her blade and struck him down, stealing Scott’s life for herself.
Pearl didn't kill him.
It’s fine, it's fine, she's fine. The plan can still work, Pearl knows what she must do.
“Scar.”
Pearl doesn’t finish, but Scar knows exactly what she is about to say and he is having none of it.
