Summary
Hermione Granger did not intend to time-travel—let alone land in 1981 under a full moon at the feet of a very startled werewolf.
But with one brush of a hand in the wrong place at the wrong moment, history is now hers to rewrite. With Remus Lupin at her side (and occasionally trying to sniff her), Hermione sets out to stop a war before it begins, hunt down the Horcruxes early, rescue baby Harry, and maybe keep Sirius Black out of Azkaban while she’s at it.
The wolf recognises her.
The future depends on her.
And fate, frankly, needs a leash. -

Kink isn't therapy, but it can be therapeutic
Or:
Remus Lupin asks his long time friend, and fellow kinkster, to facilitate an impact scene to help him work through his past trauma.
We all know James Potter would do anything for the people he loves. If Remus wants to be tied, paddled, and flogged into submission, to keep his alter ego Moony from lashing out, then dammit, he'll do it.

Summary
“For the record,” she blurted before she could stop herself, “You aren’t ‘old and wretched.’ In fact you look -” Hermione cut herself off, her brain catching up before she could say something truly disastrous like "even better than before" or worse yet, "utterly edible".
“ - the same.” She finished lamely. “Since I last saw you ten years ago, you still look - er - the same.”
At this, Remus burst into good-natured laughter, rocking back on his heels.
“Thank goodness for small mercies,” he said, eyes crinkling at Hermione. “Has it really been ten years since I saw you last?” he asked.
Hermione nodded with a small smile.
He fell quiet, gazing steadily at her, chewing thoughtfully on his bottom lip.

Summary
If you were to ask Hermione how they ended up practically naked, trading stories of their scars and mapping the lines on each other’s bodies in the low light of Grimmauld Place, she wasn’t sure she’d be able to tell you. But it was three days until the full moon, she was struggling with withdrawal, neither could sleep, and maybe the whole exchange was a thinly veiled attempt at admitting they needed each other.
“The fault, Hermione, is not in our scars, but in our inability to heal from them.”
