Taehyun has a soft spot for Soobin, and Soobin has a soft spot for Taehyun. Both of them know this, and even though Taehyun has had a crush on their leader for way too long, he’s happy just being someone Soobin trusts.
But then one day, Soobin gets a little drunk, and asks Taehyun to kiss him.
(Or, Soobin tries to confess, and Taehyun doesn’t believe him because of the alcohol.)

Beomgyu‘s chest is tight as Kai only grimaces and looks down.
“It’s been…a while,” Kai admits. “I asked him about it in the beginning. But he got upset with me. I think he’s still angry—he won’t talk to me anymore.”
”How long? How long exactly?”
Kai looks away. Beomgyu tries not to sound angry as he urges, “Kai. Tell me, please."
”…At least a month now.”Beomgyu exhales slowly. Kai looks up, and adds, slightly nervously: “But it’s only started affecting him lately. In the beginning he was fine—he was just cutting sugar and fried food. Only in the last two weeks or so has he been…”

Summary
Taehyun has always been way too rational and very respectful of Soobin's boundaries. That doesn't mean he's not allowed to be jealous or bothered. Except, Soobin's boyfriend rarely gets jealous, is hardly ever concerned or fazed with what Soobin does, and it's causing insecurities to arise. Now here comes a new next door neighbor, giving Soobin the perfect chance to test Taehyun's limits.
Or, Soobin doesn't feel seen. Yeonjun supplies some mischievous (harmless) support!
