Robert had consumed himself with Mechaman and then the Z-team when his suit got destroyed. When SDN needed to be rebuilt after Shroud's arrest, he bit off more than he could chew with his found family. A hard lesson turns into an unlikely romance and the rebuilding of Robert outside of being a hero.

Summary
This is a game rewrite of Dispatch, if there was a way to romance Waterboy (Herman). Not everything will be 100% accurate to the actual game, some scenes are literally the same, some I had to remove, and some I had to add or adjust. Also there will be included the headcanon of Waterboy and Robert (although this last one is not explicitly stated) being autistic, because the author is autistic and yes.

Lying on his bed later that night, Herman stumbled on that flyer again in his photo roll. It was so plain, just white text on an abundantly colourful background, but it still made his hands shake. Was it nervousness? Or maybe…excitement?

Waking up in the hospital, Robert remembered nothing - not who he was, nor what had led him there. His world was pain, blurry vision, and noises that reached him as if from deep water. The only link to reality was a strange man wearing a wet suit, who cried, kissed his hand, and muttered something unintelligible. The man's touch was precise and gentle as if it had been refined by a long wait. Robert did not know that this stranger was looking at him like he was the most beautiful thing in the world.
Why does this stranger act like Robert is the most important thing in his life?

Forced to relearn how to live after being wounded, Robert finds an anchor in Herman. Their silent bond, forged by guilt and hope, slowly begins to develop into something more.
Though the story begins on a "serious" note, it's filled with plenty of humor and satire.-----
