I ran this through google translate and am as ever both incredibly honoured that you chose to translate my fic and very impressed with your localization! I do have an answer for the question you posed in the authors notes re: the inscription.
The inscription, in English, would read:
Leah, daughter of Moshe and Hana-Bayla
    Born 9 Elul 1575
    Died 22 Tammuz 5766
    Tantzava

Where tanzava/ תנצב״ה is actually an initialism for the the phrase
    תְּהֵא נַפְשׁוֹ/נַפְשָׁהּ צְרוּרָה בִּצְרוֹר הַחַיִּים
Which is a common memorial plaque inscription in its initialism form, as the grammatical gender of the words is found in the final letter of the word, so the first letter remains the same regardless of how you’re gendering the sentence. As you discovered, it’s a rendering of Shmuel/Samuel 25:29, my lord's soul shall be bound in the bundle of life.

    1. AHHH thank you so much for checking out the translation! I actually thought about asking you regarding the inscription, but I didn't want to bother you, so I held back.
Thank you for the explanation—it seems like the translation app I used completely messed up.
Sorry if the translation doesn't do your work justice. I absolutely love your writing <3
