    It's a bit much for Murderbot to bitch about privacy after springing an unexpected sexual partner on Gurathin and sharing their sex tapes beforehand. In character, though.

    Muderbot and 3 do seem more generally aware of the emotional undercurrents than MB did in the previous chapters though! Possibly this is evidence for it being a fantasy.

      The whole thing is like an improv scene where Three is like "and isn't THIS sexy and scary" and instead of "yes-and"ing Murderbot is just like "no"

      Three: we could sexily kidnap you / Murderbot: stop scaring him
      Three: can I kiss him / Murderbot: .....why
      Three: and you could get burned / Murderbot: I'm not burning you / Three: but you MIGHT / Murderbot: or I might not

      Such a good job negotiating boundaries beforehand.... A+ coordination

        Yes, the clear communication that went on beforehand was evident.

        At least Murderbot seems to have caught on by this time that all is not well in GurathinLand.
