    This was the absolute bestest thing I've read in so long. Your Rory was so on pint, I loved every bit about him, and you've built this scene so perfectly I realise how much the show needed more mother/father + daughter moments between the ponds and river. I loved this young, wild, impulsive river, and I think your analysis on how her personality changes with time and your comparison of it to fire and smoke was when less poetic and so beautiful. You are a master of words and I must confess si she'd a happy tear reading this. That hug 😭❤️❤️❤️ tshbk you soso much for sharing this with us. Alex/river is my hero too and seeing her vulnerable like this was so special and unique and human. Thank you ❤️

      Thank you so, so much!! I was having a tough day and your comment made it much, much better haha. River is my hero and I relate to her a lot, so writing this vulnerable younger version was such a meaningful challenge.
