      Thank you!! Yes, it makes sense, right? The jewel basically states that it's been waiting for Kagome, and it's relying on her to make the wish it wants her to make (to go home, to see Inuyasha... a selfish wish). It's greedy for her to make that wish....I'm so glad you felt like this scene worked. Thank you!!!
