    It increased Draco's luck. So I think it probably made Harry more open and likely to respond to him positively. It can't manufacture feelings, obviously, neither lust nor love, but it can make it so that the whole situation turns out positively. Obviously Draco had been having difficulty expressing himself and he felt that he was an inconvenience and was terrified of Harry turning bitter toward him, and the felix felicis helped him overcome those barriers as well.
