Summary
Chuuya-san is a very respected member of the Port Mafia. He has his fair share of admirers (simps), he’s kind, he’s loyal— pretty much every characteristic of his surmounts to something positive (other than maybe his tendency to get angry so easily, but he’s not ready to be plummeted through the ground by the executive). However, he has yet to see Chuuya-san ever indulge in anything with his suitors beyond a couple punches during training. That must mean that Chuuya is as unreachable as ever, right?
Right??
“Oh my god,” Tachihara wheezes, clutching his stomach. Gin holds a finger over her lips, looking entirely unremorseful despite the fact that she just rammed her elbow into his middle, peering beyond the brick wall they're hiding behind again. Despite the physical warning, Tachihara can’t stop himself.
“Is Chuuya-san— is that Chuuya-san on a date?”
-X-
(Disregarding the unnecessarily lengthy summary… the Port Mafia attempts to unearth the identity of Chuuya’s totally-not-boyfriend.)

Summary
The Yokohama skyline comes into Dazai’s field of vision as he’s pushed further into the balcony couch, and he blinks blearily at the vision now sitting breathless above him, orange hair tousled every which way.
“…Ah,” Dazai sighs. “Have I finally gone to heaven?”
Chuuya, in response, offers him nothing more than a smirk, before leaning forward and brushing his lips against the tip of his ear. “When I’m done with you, the only place you’ll be going to is hell.”
___Or: 5 instances in which Dazai leaves Chuuya craving more, and the 1 instance Chuuya decides to take the initiative himself.

Summary
“What?!” Chuuya shrieks, nearly tripping over his own feet. “You’re all insane! That’s not true, what the hell?!”
Gin gives him a thoroughly unimpressed stare, arms crossed loosely. Higuchi laughs nervously, twirling a lock of hair in her fingers. Tachihara snorts in disbelief, then hurriedly covers his face in embarrassment.
“Chuuya-san,” Akutagawa deadpans, staring him dead in the eyes. “I don’t want to have to say this, but you really can be an idiot.”
-X-
In light of the revelation that Chuuya doesn’t actually recognize his feelings, his friends try to make Chuuya come to terms with the fact that he is, in fact, in love with Dazai Osamu, the infuriating bastard of a neighbor he has.
Or: 5 attempts made to force Chuuya into acceptance of his feelings, and the 1 time Chuuya finally gets it into his dense self that he might really feel something for Dazai other than boiling hatred.
