The city was cold, different bosses controlled the city, every aspect of this place was tucked away in their pockets. The police force, government officials, their reach went as far as they want it to. From the borders of this city, to cities thousands of miles away. But they weren’t morally corrupt, hospital bills were paid, people’s living standards were taken care of, even the control of crime. They were on top of the world.
