Clark had been reading about Brucie for years, had seen him at Wayne Industries press conferences, and even interviewed him a few times for various events earlier in his career. Between that and what the gossip columns said about him Clark hadn't known what to expect. But Brucie was... he was sweet. And sly. And clever in a way that didn't make Clark feel like he was on the outside of the joke.
It felt strange to even think it but spending time with Brucie Wayne, head of Wayne Industries, semi-professional globe trotting party boy?
It felt comfortable.
