Summary
Aperture is an opening, such as a hole, gap, or slit, or a circular opening in an optical instrument that controls the amount of light passing through it.
Carla sees that opening and they both start to allow the light in to each other's history.
As with all my fics, it's dialogue heavy.

Summary
A camera flash is a device that produces a short, bright burst of artificial light to illuminate a scene for photography, especially in low-light conditions or for capturing fast-moving subjects.
Or in this instance, Lisa running away like her shoes are on fire as emotions and feelings are involved.

Summary
Depth of Field (DoF) refers to the distance between the closest and farthest objects that appears acceptably sharp in a photograph. In other words, it's the area in front of and behind the subject that appears in focus.
Or in Lisa’s world the distance from her past and the closeness of her future and is set almost two years after the Rebecca Falconer debacle. Written between July 2025 and October 2025.
