Summary
Goka knew where he was heading: the makeshift medic tent. He had ordered his men to aid the civilians as their guns were essentially useless against whatever mythical form that news reporter Mymo morphed into. Of course, he wanted nothing more but to fight that monster head-on—he was, after all, the second-in-command of the Red Horn Squad 1, with a mission to apprehend Mymo and his henchmen. If it wasn't for Mymo's jinki, then maybe he could've finished his job way sooner.
Maybe his little brother would still be breathing normally, without a hole in his stomach.

Riyo's eyes were, thankfully, closed as he put one foot and another in the bathtub before fully submerging himself. The water was cooler than he expected, prickling his skin with goosebumps. He drew his knees closer to his chest, settling opposite from her. They both made a clear effort to keep space between them... though their feet brushed now and then.
"See?" Riyo said cheerfully, hair drifting around her torso in the water. "Isn't this fun!"
"It really ain't," Zanka muttered.
