“Fuck off,” Shane says reflexively. “I‘m just trying to be a good host.”
“Hollander. You know that is beyond being a good host.” Ilya abandons his plate, crowds Shane against the counter. “Is okay. You can admit it. You want to be a good girlfriend.” He cups Shane’s jaw in his hand, strokes his cheekbone gently with his thumb. “You are already doing very good job. Perfect Miss Rozanova.”
