Summary
It happens when you leave the dirty, gritty alleyway to turn into an even smaller path. It’s the kind of street that doesn’t appear on any map, visible only to those who know it’s there. Dimi, of course, knows. When he makes the sharp turn to the left, his steps don’t falter. When you follow close behind, automatically, without a second thought – what falters is your breath.
You don’t remember sitting down, but you do remember the world tilting around you. It’s pulling you along, and your vision crumbles like TV static of a channel that’s been abandoned for so long that no one even remembers it was there in the first place.
"Malenkee."
Or: Malenkee/Reader suffers a panic attack, and Dimi - in this uniquely stoic-caring way of his, pulls you out.

Summary
He spends the first hour in the basement in a hazy routine. Check the exits, secure the vents, clear the space. The architecture of survival, laid out clean and precise.
Then, the doubt, this horrible consistent little feeling is no longer knocking. It’s slipping in through the cracks, invading his consciousness like an uncontrollable black mould which, slowly, deliberately, devours everything in its path.
OR: Dimi suffers a panic attack. Malenkee/Reader lends a warm hand.

Summary
His footsteps are wrong. You’ve been listening to them for so long that you could pick them out of a crowd with ease. There’s this specific rhythm to it, this controlled, deliberate weight which seems designed to disappear. Right now though, that rhythm is just a fraction of a second off, like a piano that’s been out in the cold for too long, it’s strings now ever-so-slightly out of tune.
You reach out. Your fingers brush the back of his jacket, leaving a delicate trace in the dust and dirt that’s settled on it. Dimi doesn’t stop, but his shoulder blades shift beneath the fabric – hardly more than a twitch – and then he rounds the corner towards the staircase on your left, and you both go flying.
OR: Dimi and Malenkee make their way through a not-so-abandoned hospital, and things unravel - and build themselves back together.

Summary
There’s a shift in the air beside you, and Dimi is moving. Without turning, you know that his hand is going for the blade.
Maybe it’s instinct, or maybe it’s stupidity. Either way, you step forward – into the space between Dimi and the boy, your body a wall made of nothing but skin and bone and wordless certainty that this kid is no danger to you.
You hold up your hand to Dimi, palm open, fingers spread. Wait.
Beside you, Dimi stops.
OR: Malenkee makes a new friend, Dimi meets a familiar face, and a grave choice presents itself.
