Summary
Toby was freshly sixteen and had been a proxy for about a year, and Tim had expected those circumstances to mellow his unofficial apprentice out. Proven wrong, he is sent to retrieve the problem child from a smoke sesh out by the lake with Jeff and Ben--bringing him back to his room to babysit him and find a way to get the jittery teen to calm the hell down.
