Summary
Haymitch kept his promise to both of the 74th Hunger Games Victors – they both made it out alive. The events of Mockingjay go very differently, and now that the war is over, Peeta and Katniss have to navigate how to live a normal life back in the ruins of Twelve. It’s not easy, but when have they ever given up on one another?
A good mixture of the Everlark fluff and angst we all adore. Updates hopefully regularly. TBD how regularly.
(Sequel to “I Vowed not to Fight Anymore (If we survive the great war)”; set between chapter 18 and the epilogue. This fic heavily relies on the AU changes in that fic)
