Summary
*** Title change: Previously "You'd give up your happiness for mine? But you are my happiness."
Poppy is in love with her best friend, Branch, and honestly, she always has been. But that doesn’t matter, because she is aware of the expectations of the Princess/Future Queen’s mate. It is not that she doesn’t think Branch can handle it, because she knows he would make a great King and leader with his selflessness and protectiveness, but she does not want to make him feel like she wants him to change in order to be with her (the King would also be expected to sing/dance/etc.) Branch loves her too, but doesn't think she feels the same.
Eventually, their feelings will come to light. Will Branch grow into the troll we all know he can be? Or will he retreat into the bunker, never to be seen again?
There will be sex eventually in this story so skip it if you don't like that. First chapter is more fleshed out details and then story begins with chapter 2.

Summary
Broppy week 2026 is coming up, but I wasn't really vibing with some of the prompts, so I decided to rewrite/remaster my first-ever Broppy fic, A Truly Unbreakable Bond.
I have shifted it from first person to third person and done a lot of editing, as I feel like my writing has gotten so much better since I started writing fics. There's so much I love about this fic, but I think I can make it better.
The core premise is the same, and much of the plot will be the same, but who knows what might change as I work my way through it. It will definitely still contain plenty of explicit sexual content, though.
Updates probably won't be every day because I do want to keep my focus on my main current fic, but school/work is winding down, so I will have more time to write!
This will probably be the only non-deleted fic that I rewrite, but keep your eyes out for "Of Thorns and Frost" (deleted fae fic) rewrite coming soon. I don't want it to seem like I am just recycling used ideas, lol.
If this isn't your thing, I understand! That's why I wanted to post it while I was posting a new fic at the same time.
