Mista never did ask how the young man just happened to be there when even Mista hadn’t known that he would need help. The simplest answer would be sheer coincidence. The one Mista chose to subscribe to was destiny, and the strange frisson that set the little hairs on the back of his neck to stand on end seemed in favour of that.
“You may want to learn how to clean up after yourself if you’re going to make a habit out of this,” the young man remarked, his voice calm and perfectly conversational. Unlike Mista, this was clearly not his first time. That, or he was a supreme actor.

This is essentially alternate!Vento Aureo, where the gang is still drawn together by fate, but the context is completely different because Haruno was saved by Dio and has his half-brothers. This is a dark!Giorno AU and it's a companion fic to my other fic, Illumination Theory but it can be read as a standalone fic.
