Saturo lingered at the front of the pit, vigilantly holding up his camera, snapping photos of his band.
Suguru glistening in sweat, long black hair messily flowing with every headbang, calloused fingers raking up and down the neck of his guitar, hands raw and sweat slicked, was Saturo's favorite sight.He continued to indulge in the pleasure at every show as he came to terms with the fact he was embarrassingly enamored with his best friend.
Underestimating himself, he quickly fell deeper into his infatuation that he intended, hoping desperately that it wasn't all for nothing.

Summary
At first, Mike was unsure how to approach him when he got like this. But they’ve been living together for months now, never further than five feet apart in their dorm beds, so Mike’s learned what works and what doesn’t.
It works when he wakes Will like this, with gentle hands and words, telling him he’s safe. It works when he climbs into Will’s warm bed, turning him on his side and curling up against his back, an arm over his waist and his cheek pressed against his shoulder. They lie together like that until Will’s hiccupping gasps soften into steady breaths, until Mike feels him go limp in his arms and he knows he’s fallen back asleep. It always works.
or: Will has nightmares and Mike is the only one who can console him. Not even Will's boyfriend can. Mike takes great pride in this fact.

Summary
“You seem to be doing just fine for yourself.”
Part of Mike means it to be a sharp and defensive quip, but it comes out as sad as it really is. Will’s eyes are glassy and round and unfairly innocent. Big doe eyes pinning Mike in place. Mike can never escape their gaze.
“What else am I supposed to do?”
Wait for me. Mike can’t say that. He’s been selfish enough. He should’ve said it months ago, should’ve sat Will down and told him everything at graduation, but he didn’t. Now he’s too late. He can never grasp the time that slipped away from him.
or: Mike visits Will in college and realizes just how much has changed. Will is moving on. Mike can't do the same. Everything has changed, except that Mike is still in love with him.

Summary
Mike grabs Will’s hands and tangles them with his own, blinking up at him through his long, dark lashes. His eyes are endless. Solid black, like the night above them. So shiny that Will can see himself, tipsy and happy, in the reflection. “I want to be stuck with you,” Mike whispers, like it’s a secret. “I don’t ever want to leave.”
Will sucks in a sharp breath, squeezing his hands. “Then don’t,” he whispers back, punched-out and honest. “Stay.”

“You’re wearing my sweater.”
Mike looks up, not realising Will was home. Usually, the cat jumps at the noise of the door, but she’s still peacefully kneading biscuits onto the polka-dot blanket on Mike’s lap. Mike looks down at the pinkish jumper with white stripes on him. He shrugs.
“It’s comfy and I’m cold.”
Will frowns. “I’m cold, and yet I don’t go around stealing your clothes!”
Mike scoffs indignantly. Narrowing his eyes, he shoots a light-hearted glare at his boyfriend. His arms (also covered by the soft material) cross over his chest, unfortunately startling the tortoiseshell and she jumps off, making a mad dash to their bedroom. “Yes. Yes, you do.”

Or: After coming home from work, Will finds Mike in his jumper. Bullying insues.
