Scott's body ached like hell, but he had no clue why. It might've had something to do with the lack of food he had ingested in the past weeks, or the growing fear of losing a life, and what would come after. Never would he expect the flower buds sprouting in his lungs.

Jimmy's breath felt strangely raspy all of a sudden, much more than yesterday. Not that that was particularly unnatural at this time of year, not to mention as he was surrounded by hundreds of various flora. Tldr; his allergies already afflicted him, so he didn't think much of it. Small, red flowers starting to bloom in his lungs was the last thing he would have expected.
