    In the first chapter Olivia is kidnapped, in the second Sephiroth is, in neither case does this turn out well for the kidnapper.

    “I hate politicians,” Sephiroth muttered, strapping his pauldrons tight and cinching his waistguard. He paused at his secretary’s desk on his way out. “Remind me to get revenge.”

    “Already penciled it in,” chirped his secretary. “Not that you’d forget!”

    “Remind me anyhow,” said Sephiroth, and headed for the elevators.

    Siblings Olivia and Matt are transmigrated into Crisis Core era FFVII. Matt is a huge Final Fantasy fan, so when he sees Shinra coming, he runs like hell. Olivia knows nothing about Final Fantasy, so she ends up in Hojo's lab.

    Hojo delivers Olivia into Sephiroth's care, hoping to breed his new alien specimen with his prize SOLDIER. Instead, the two form a deadly alliance.

    The strangest thing about a body like Sephiroth's was that nudity didn't make him more vulnerable.

     

    His hot villain getup was intimidating, for sure. It broadened his shoulders, emphasized his height. But it also added personality, for lack of a better word. Black leather for that cool bad guy vibe. Voluminous skirt on the coat for a regal flare. The harness was clearly a thirst trap. Remove the getup and he was just as threatening but so much harder to read. Scarier, in a lot of ways.

    OG canon compliant interpretation of The Jenova Project, where Sephiroth is the product of human failures enabled by the ShinRa. The monsters are human, the end point is madness, and the house is, maybe, haunted - by all the things called home to die.

    In this AU, the Nibelheim reactor has exploded before Sephiroth ever had a chance to find out the truth about his origins. He continues his life as a Soldier, but finds himself increasingly lost, stressed, and out of synch. He takes the advice of a friend to hire a high priced escort, Tifa Lockhart.

    Tifa reveals nothing about herself to Sephiroth, not her name nor her involvement with Avalanche. She's there to work a wildly lucrative job with an extremely attractive client. He pays well for all the bruises he gives her, and that's all that matters to her.

    An excerpt:
    He knelt before her and rested his hands on her muscled thighs. She smelled delicious. Her perfume was as fresh as mountain flowers. She opened her legs for him and rested back on her elbows.

    “I don’t want you to touch me,” he said.

    “Would you like to tie me up?” she offered.

    “No. Show some restraint,” he said.

    “Yes sir,” she said again. She used a simple tone when she said it. Just complying with an order from a superior. Nothing more.

    He sighed, finally feeling relaxed enough to enjoy her, and lowered his head between her legs.
