“Unfortunate.” - They muttered, glancing at Su’s desaturated amethyst eyes, ones clouded over like overcast skies, with dark, flickering specks similar to thunderstorms.
Hyuk whispers for all to hear, - “If I had a soulmate with such dead eyes, I’d commit suicide to spare myself the shame.”
Su doesn’t speak up. He agrees.)
Twenty years later, he makes eye contact with Baek Suryong- and Su was finally able to know how the sky looked, and what color water was like.
Baek Suryong was Su's soulmate.
Sadly, Su wasn't his.
