Summary
Klavier hasn't been doing well since his brother was executed. His brother's face has been haunting his dreams, and he cannot stop wondering if he could have done anything to stop Kristoph from becoming what he did.
Phoenix suggests communing with Kristoph via spirit channeling to find some closure.
The channeling goes wrong, very wrong, and it's all Klavier's fault. He was just supposed to focus on the image of Kristoph, but his thoughts wandered to what could have been, a Kristoph that was a better person, a better brother.
The world melted away, and he woke up in a new one, one with a far happier him and the brother, er- sister, he always wanted. -
