Summary
He started off small. A sketch of the can he was drinking from, then the bowl of fruit his dad insisted on having on the counter. Then, he sketched the wall of his bedroom as a way to try and stop it from being so boring—he’d spent far too long staring at the same four walls because being on medical leave when everyone else had gone back to work sucked—and he started not only to enjoy it but be semi-decent, too.
That spark had been reignited.
It wasn’t until Carlos had come round on his day off, the first since they made things official between them, that he realized he wanted to draw people, too. Not just anyone but specifically Carlos.
And Carlos is one hell of a muse.

His hair whips through warm summer night air, music blasting as the convertible speeds down the street. He’s leaning back over the leather passenger seat, hands in the air like he’s never been so free.
He looks to his left, at the London city lights passing in an orange glow.
He looks to his right, at the gorgeous fucking specimen of a man behind the wheel, singing along and laughing in that deep, rich tone. His smile goes past his eyes, which crinkle in the luster of the street lights that zip by.
He doesn’t even know his name.
But he knows what his tongue tastes like.
