Summary
Esther’s life is straightforward - long shifts at the flower shop, good coffee, and an impressive ability to avoid unnecessary drama. Sure, strange dreams and unexplainable memories creep in now and then, but she blames that on too much caffeine and not enough sleep.
Then Ian and Leander show up: too tall, too graceful, and suspiciously out of place for two guys working at the local garden center. Ian has perfected brooding into an art form, and Leander seems to think life is one never-ending inside joke. Esther’s not sure what their deal is, but something about them feels… right. Or maybe just totally mad.
As reality starts to fray at the edges, Esther begins to wonder if the universe is messing with her, or if something long lost is finally finding its way back to her.
This story blends timelines (sometimes gracefully, sometimes not), familiar characters, plenty of brooding, and hopefully just the right amount of coffee.
Expect slow burn, unresolved tension, and a flower shop that may or may not have deeper significance. There’s humour, mystery, and emotional baggage – but don’t worry, I promise a happy ending (eventually).Series

The people of Eriador tell tales of folk who used to shed skin and cloth in favour of fur and claws, trade noses for beaks and feet for talons, donning one form after another, never fixed in one body, never limited to one mind. Where once lay truth, now stands only legend, and the history of skin-changers in Middle Earth has fallen to the wayside, as much of history is wont to do.
Or, Strider gains a tag-along in the form of a small, red fox while searching for Gollum and information on the One Ring.

Summary
Cordelia, youngest child and only daughter of Denethor II, has spent twenty-one years in the White City. She has been a good daughter. She has tried, at least, to be a good daughter.
Now she is betrothed to Théodred — the prince of Rohan, whom she barely knows — and her brother is riding to Rivendell. Her father looks at her the way he looks at everything that is not Boromir. And somewhere in the north, a man with no kingdom and no name she yet knows is walking toward a war that will change the world as she knows it.
(Or: a story about leaving home, losing everything, and finding the kind of love the old stories never quite prepare you for).

There are many excellent reasons to send a Gondorian princess to Rohan.Trade negotiations. Diplomatic outreach. A noble gesture of post-war unity.
Possibly even a quiet arrangement involving a marriage contract that someone forgot to mention to the princess.Lothíriel of Dol Amroth arrives with ledgers, grain, and the deep, weary grace of a woman who ran an entire city during a war and still wasn’t allowed to sign things in ink. She expected the usual diplomatic friction. She did not expect mud-slinging (literal and otherwise), misplaced marriage rumors, or Éomer King glaring at her like a badly translated poem.
He expected a new trade agreement. Instead, he got a princess, armored in courtesy and extremely unimpressed.

The day before Midsummer's Eve was when it all started. A magical, fateful night, if the fables of Gondor were to be believed. They had met in a brothel in the docks of Dol Amroth, of all places - a merchant’s daughter, and a scout from Prince Théodred’s éored. It would have been the perfect whirlwind summer romance, except…
She wasn’t really a merchant’s daughter, and he wasn’t really a scout. Little did they know fate was, in fact, at work that night, and it had brought together the future King and Queen of Rohan.
If their grandchildren ever asked how they met… Well, they’d need to come up with a better story, no doubt.
The MCD warning concerns Théodred as per the canon, not Éomer or Lothíriel.
