Experiment Controlled Choas.
The purpose of this experiment is to embody the Seven Deadly Sins. People need to be reminded of how cruel the world is, how everyone can be corrupted. The best way to show everyone is to use motivated heroes in training, isn't it. If the world sees how those heroic spirits are crushed, how nothing of their 'selfless' self remains and how their intentions are selfish, the world will realise how broken it is.
All that needed to be done was to kidknap seven UA-students. So they did.
