Summary
When Bakugou gets hit by a mutation quirk that gives him fox-like ears and a tail, he grudgingly has to learn to adjust to his new appearance.
But when he discovers that the quirk may not be what it initially appeared to be, he has to not only learn to deal with the behavioral side effects of it, but he also has to learn how to get along with the so-called extras around him. Especially the three who annoy him the most.

Sokka was immediately filled with a sense of dread. He looked down at his wrist.
Two swords crossed over each other, surrounded by an intricate design of lilies. Red lilies.
Sokka gasped, rubbing at his mark in an attempt to wipe it off. It had to be some kind of mistake. There was no way his soulmark was red. It couldn't be.

Zuko took a few deep breaths, leaning against the post. He was simply imagining things. His tutors always said he had an overactive imagination. That's all it was.
Slowly, he lifted his arm into his eyesight again, looking closer this time.
Yeah. That was definitely a soulmark. And it was blue.

Summary
Zuko has been traveling with the Avatar gaang for three weeks, five days, and, if he’s honest, far too many emotionally compromising group bonding moments.
Not used to sharing campfires without suspicion. Not used to laughter that isn’t sharp-edged or cruel. Not used to people standing close to him without flinching. And he is definitely not used to being grabbed.
Unfortunately, Sokka has decided Zuko’s survival depends on fixing that. With firebending off the table, Sokka, self-proclaimed “tactical genius,” has taken it upon himself to teach him non-bending close-quarters combat.
Specifically: grappling.
Specifically: using Zuko as a demonstration dummy.
Zuko hates it...He absolutely hates it.
There is nothing dignified about being shoved, pinned, or manhandled mid-argument, and nothing strategic about the way Sokka keeps finding his wrists, shoulders, waist…
This is a problem...A serious problem...And Zuko is handling it very normally.
