“Caine?” Pomni asked again. The orb drifted up and down in a nod. “How do I know it’s you? Why do you look so…” Small, weird, different. She’d been anticipating seeing a Caine clawing at the walls, or crying, or yelling. How ever she imagined finding Caine, he looked like, well, Caine. Not this.

The plan was simple: undelete Caine, get the Circus back up and running, and place some restrictions so Caine couldn't mess with them.
Unfortunately, Caine and the Circus are a little more complicated than meets the eye.

It’s been a month since Jax and Pomni’s argument during the gun adventure and just a measly 3 days since everyone was tricked into thinking they could actually escape, and the tension hasn’t faded—in fact it’s festered. He keeps his mind locked down, barely holding it together, but Caine’s little “escape” trick only made things worse. Now the illusion lingers, twisting his thoughts, blurring what’s real and what isn’t.
Deep down, he’s scared. Deep down, he cares. But admitting that would mean tearing down the walls he’s spent so long building.
…unless they’re already starting to crack.

“WHAT IS THE CORRECT ANSWER?”
“I mean... Zooble had so many to pick from!! I talk about my jobs constantly.” Jax started a counter with his fingers. “One-man opera production, president of Paraguay, owner of a meth lab operation. Don’t tell me you forgot about my meth lab operation?”
“Oh he’s lying. Caine, he’s JUST lying! This is not fair!”
“YOU’RE RIGHT! THAT ISN’T FAIR!” Caine chorused.
Caine snapped his fingers.
Jax stiffened.
Jax fell silent. The smile dripped off his face. He looked at his hands. He looked at Caine.
“What did you do?” Jax asked.
“I MADE IT SO YOU CAN’T LIE!”

Caine has pulled the Circus into a Get-to-Know-You Trivia Adventure! It’s a good opportunity to learn about each other for those willing to play along. It’s an even better opportunity to lie for those who aren't willing to reveal anything. …Until Jax is not allowed to lie anymore.The Circus members have the opportunity to pull answers from Jax he would never willingly admit to under torture.

Summary
Pomni "falls" in a lake made of stupid sauce on one of Caine's adventures. The problem with stupid sauce, is that no one has a filter on it. Another problem can arise when you suspect a mischievous rabbit to actually have nice tendencies, even when other people don't believe him. The biggest problem is that it can reveal animosities one has against the people who appear the nicest.
All Jax can do it watch while Pomni manages to embarrass him in front of everyone more than she embarrasses herself.
