“一块半神的血肉。一颗不知名的卵子、一点肮脏的精液。我当时没有余裕思考为何如此，或许巴尔确实走投无路，只在乎结果，而不是过程。”他将斗篷的结再系了一遍，看向他唯一的听众，“这个孩子诞生了，身上既没有鳞片，也没有羽翼。因此，他光裸弱小的躯体是为了拥抱和哺乳而打造的。为了用双腿丈量土地，为了用指尖探索生命。是啊，生命……一颗闪烁的火花被诸神赐予给他，以及一双翅膀，去探索生命、以及庇护它们。”
“还有杀戮。”
“什么？没有杀戮。”
“有点拖沓了，盖尔。”
