He was missing work anyway, surely he could find some fake feathers and dress him and Tommy up as birds (no matter how shitty his crafting skills were) for the Halloween party. The only reason Wilbur had agreed to go was because he’d promised Tommy he would go. He needed an escort, and their drunkard of a father sure as hell wasn’t going to do it.
However, Wilbur had managed to get a signature out of the barely sober man with only a few bruises and a small cut on his upper arm.
