Wednesday is sure that she has nothing left to fear at Nevermore. Be it hyde or human, friend or foe, none can escape her discerning gaze. She is always at the scene of the crime. Dreams of fantastical things that Wednesday is sure will never come to be. But are nighttime fantasies ever all they seem with a budding psychic in the equation? And what will she do when these sleeping creations start to bleed into her waking life?
No one can outrun the future forever. Not even an Addams. And for one so concerned with matters of death, what could be more hauntingly cruel than living.

The client hadn’t really requested anything at all; their emails had been almost overly polite, if not jarringly formal, and had selected only the most vanilla options on the questionnaire she provided. Certainly a far cry from the standard practices of her usual clientele, but this one had paid upfront and picked this expensive hotel, and Mira’s fees are dear enough on their own that she had been coloured intrigued.
Mira takes a left down the hallway after leaving the elevator and finds herself at the door to the room. She doesn’t steel herself—doesn’t need to. She can handle anything. Has handled most things. Mira swipes the keycard and lets herself in.
The person sitting on the bed is probably the last thing she expects.
In which Mira is a professional, Rumi is socially inept, and Zoey is also there. Let's hope nobody catches feelings.

“You’re playing with other people, right?” Mira asks, coming to a stop right in front of her, and Zoey knows that look, the determined heat simmering in dark brown eyes, the sharp curl of pretty lips up at the corner.
Zoey knows that look, and so she squeaks, “Yes,” and tries not to come in her pants as Mira sinks slowly, smoothly, to her knees.

Rumi nodded.
“Use your words pet.” Rumi’s eyes fluttered closed in bliss as Mira's thumb caressed her jaw.
“Yes Ma’am.”
“Yes, Ma’am what?” Mira tilted her head expectantly.
“Yes, I’m…I’m being your good girl, Ma’am.” Rumi felt herself flush again. It was hard enough for her to hear compliments, but to actually say them always made her feel awkward and embarrassed.
She was getting better at it though. Even if it was only to please her girls. To show them just how good, how obedient, how well trained she could be.
