Wade nods, his words come out small. “The mean voices are loud.”
“Yeah.” He stumbles over it. “I want to be able to actually show you.” His words sound more sure as he speaks. “I want to try kissing you all over, every part I love, with the lipstick on. It’d be like marking you up, but these will actually stay long enough for you to see them after.”
There’s a softness, a fondness, that sits in Wade’s gut, making him feel warm.

- You know the generic "I put my hair in a messy bun and find out I'm sold to ____ and they turn out to be vampires" yeah well I think its Tommy's turn. Legit taking all of my inspiration from the vampire fics I read when I was like 12 on Quizilla and the stereotypes of our SBI crew.

"What the hell happened to you?" Techno asked, narrowing his eyes at Tommy and looking him over.
"Damn, fuck you too." Tommy muttered, brushing off some of the dirt on his jeans. It didn't really do anything, but he felt better about it.
He knew he looked like shit. He literally didn't have one of his shoes, and his clothes were in tatters as he only had one set and couldn't really wash it, not that there would be a point to. He was covered in dirt, and he was pretty sure his shirt had a bunch of old blood stains on it. Which definitely didn't help his case.

Or: the bedrockbros post-exile fic where I decided Tommy should get to heal, get a kinda family, and absolutely murder that mf. With some bonding moments along the way.
