Summary
Lucy can see the exhaustion getting to him, more and more as the days pass, and it kills her inside. She knows it’s temporary; she knows that eventually he’ll settle into the role, the brass will be more trusting, he’ll start feeling more confident and stop micro-managing everything so much, in fear of something going wrong.
Still, it doesn’t really fix the problem of now, and right now, she really wants Tim to get at least one night of good, uninterrupted sleep.
