Summary
Slowly, her brain came back to Runeterra. She blinked, trying to focus on her surroundings. Vi had been laid to rest on an old, tattered red chair tucked against a bean bag so she could stretch out her legs. Above her, there was a colorful canopy illuminated with string lights. Amongst the clutter on the little table sat a ragdoll with a body made out of a music box with woven bright magenta hair.
Vi had an idle thought of the ragdoll being dressed in a vaguely familiar manner, before her eyes landed on her own younger face, painted in watercolor inside a wooden frame.
The recognition took a moment to sink in. “What the fuck?”

“Don’t forget our brain-dead prince,” Powder mumbled. "Our heroo,"
Tucked in the back corner away from prying eyes, Mel and Caitlyn were sat across from the Powder and a drunken prince, disguised in the most hideous cloaks. Caitlyn kept her head low, hiding her most noticeable features
Mel adjusted her hood and glared at the prince. “One can only hope your sword skills exceed your ability to dry out a tavern.”
Vi winked at the mage and grinned, “Do I hear a challenge, witch?”
Caitlyn buried her face in her hands and groaned. “Ugh, please behave.”
“I say, let them fight,” Powder crossed her arms and pouted.
~~~Vi’s task was drearily simple: impregnate Princess Caitlyn and all will be fair.

Vi slowly inserted the key, unlocking the cell before slipping inside and locking it again without pulling her venomous gaze away from the traitor. Vi then chucked the keys out of the cell, leaving them to land beyond reach from both of them. On a surface level, it looked like a stupid move, but both Vi and Maddie understood Vi’s intentions, her wordless promises to the other girl…
Neither of us are leaving this place…
