Summary
Being the Inquisitor is hard. There are nobles who require Lavellan's audience, and soldiers who need help knowing which side of the sword to hold. Then there are alliances he needs to create and requisitions he needs to complete for the betterment of the Inquisition. With all these things stacked on him at one time, his coin purse becomes lighter. Despite the valuables he discovers in his expeditions, he can't quite manage to have enough to provide for his companions. Lavellan is offered a simple solution to solve his problems.

Summary
After the Crimson Dawn, Lukai Hwei was lost. Home never felt like home, and thus he felt no remorse allowing it to heal without him. Khada Jhin had left him with a question, but not even so much as a hint as to where to start looking for the answer. Armed with only untreated trauma and a need for comfort, Hwei walked. Until he came to the Navori District, and took a seat at the Lamplighter Inn's bar. It didn't take a lot of convincing for the ink mage to stick around. The drinks were delicious, the company was pleasant, and it was just enough for him to feel a little bit found. Or at least, begin to feel like he could start looking for himself. The first place he searched was in the pair of hands that caught him, the lips that kissed him, and the body that thrilled him. Maybe he's still there to this day, looking for pieces of himself in the people he meets, hoping that loving them will give him the confidence to love himself.

It didn’t matter anyway. Jean got a new chick to sleep with nearly every weekend. Sure, men were harder to come by, but Jean had no shortage of people to entertain him. He didn’t need this adorable little blond to take interest in him. Of course, Jean remembered he probably had a boyfriend, anyway. Lucky bastard – he was beautiful.
Just as Jean was trying to remember the closest gay bar that was open on Mondays, Armin placed his to-go coffee cup in front of him. “Here you are.”
“Thanks,” Jean tried to smile. “Have a good day.”
As Jean started to walk away, Armin said “Four.”
Jean just looked at him with a raised eyebrow.
“I get off at four today.”
