Summary
"So let me get this straight," he says. "You're a dryad."
"Quite so," she cheerfully replies.
"Like an actual—" His hand rises to make a feeble gesture at the towering elms that surround them— "tree-dwelling, speaks-with-animals, has-magical-powers, frolics-through-the-woods-in-orgiastic-pagan-frenzy dryad?"
She wrinkles her delicately freckled nose. "Well, I don't know about orgiastic frenzy, that's really more of a maenad type of deal."
He looks her up and down, taking in her pretty face and her slender figure in the skimpy white dress.
"Too bad," he mumbles.

Summary
This work arose from two mirrored one-shots I wrote on Tumblr, one from Rey's perspective, and one from Kylo/Ben's. Then I started getting feedback, and now it's become a full-fledged fic.
Several months have passed since the Battle of Crait, and Rey of Jakku and Supreme Leader Kylo Ren have continued to haunt each other, appearing at random to each other throughout their days and nights. But the connection is unstable, and longing and loneliness start to overwhelm other concerns.

Summary
It began, as so many dreadful things do, at a party.
Elizabeth Bennet’s first impression of Fitzwilliam Darcy is… unfavourable. Her second and third impressions are hardly any better. He’s aloof and haughty and casually insulting, yet she keeps catching glimpses of something deeper in his character. Which is the only possible explanation for why she can't seem to get him out of her head.
Free-spirited artist Elizabeth is everything Darcy disapproves of, yet he finds himself captivated by her... and quite desperately attracted. Try as he might he can't stop himself from wanting her, or being drawn back again and again as she works on a mural for his new offices. He can't seem to stay away from her, or stay out of his own way in his attempts to connect with her.
When the consequences of Darcy’s actions bring the sexual tension between himself and Elizabeth to a head they both think that will be the end of it. Yet circumstances and their own desires keep bringing them together and slowly, gradually, they learn to see beyond those first impressions and forge an understanding—a new, tender understanding that comes just at the moment when Elizabeth’s family finds itself facing a terrible crisis.
