This is head therapist in charge of the interdimensional unit, Axolotl. One of my newer patients, a Euclidian by the name of Cipher, Bill, has reached a point in his therapy that I think he’s ready to take the next step: Reintegration. Whether or not he believes it, is another story entirely. Either way, I have gotten into contact with the entire Pines family, extended included, and within reason, of course. All four twins are willing and able to help. As it is now, Cipher is asleep. Shocking for a being so old, and arguably so powerful, but losing his abilities left him exhausted, not that I could blame him. I’d be exhausted too!
{Axolotl laughs a little, before a sigh is heard on the recording, followed by a near thirty seconds of silence.}
… I’ll contact the Pines’ again the morning, specifically Stanford. If anyone can make the judgement call on Bill, it’s him. Maybe I can have them meet up before I send him off. Visiting hours. Do a physical confirmation.
{A third silence, broken by Axolotl’s hum of confirmation. He’s made up his mind.}
